Therapeutic Massage

Relax and enjoy our therapeutic massage, a gentle light to medium pressure massage.  Lay down and let your cares drift away.  All massages are tailored to you and we can and will adjust pressure to best suit your needs.  Enjoy a full body massage or choose what areas you would like us to focus on.  Benefits include, relax de-stress, lower blood pressure, increase circulation, and ease muscle soreness.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue gets deeper into the muscle tissue, muscle fibers and fascia.  It is aimed at getting to the underlying issue.  It often requires a deeper firmer pressure that can result in feeling sore or bruised the next few days. It is important to communicate with your therapist on the pressure at all times.  You should never be holding your breath or being in pain.  Deep tissue uses techniques of sports massage, medical massage, and myofascial release. Benefits include, making muscle movement easier, increase range of motion, lower blood pressure, ease muscle pain, relaxation and de-stress .

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is for all stages of pregnancy. We offer two ways to lye on the table on your side or face down in a pregnancy pillow. Depending on your comfort either one can be used at anytime during your pregnancy. As always, the pressure is always up to the client. Pregnancy Massage can alleviate many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema Benefits include, relaxation , ease muscle pain and de-stress.

Couples Massage

*We do not have a couples massage room but can do two massages at the same time in separate rooms.
